Public screening reporting
Document what was seeded, what was excluded, and why the public cut stays clean.
What it does
This skill records the screening logic for a public skill catalog. It names every seeded skill and explains the categories that were left out.
Use it when
- You need a public audit trail.
- You need to prove that private material was not copied.
- You want future contributors to understand the public boundary.
Notes
A public screening report should be short, direct, and specific. It should show the source of truth and the exclusion reasons without exposing the private library.
